June Suepunpuck is a Joy Guide & Energy Healer joining the podcast this week to talk about joy, grief, shoulds, destinations, and why our grown-up brains so often stray so far from the reservation-less approach to life we had as kids. Basically, a lot of messages and expectations come in and influence what we want and why we want it. But who we really are, and how we really want to show up in the world, can lead us back to that unbridled joy we knew how to experience when we were young. Despite a TON of internet connection issues, June and I made this podcast episode happen because you might be able to interrupt joy, but you can never stop it.
