This week I am exploring "discomfort with downtime," or the feelings of loneliness/emptiness we can experience when faced with an entire weekend with no plans, etc. This was inspired by an epic post and conversation in the Facebook group, and it's really something I wanted to spend some time on. I know this feeling well, and I moved through it and into a place where periods of time without plans are gifts, not gaps. So let's discuss!
